Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. We ship via a mix of carriers including Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location.

International Shipping

We ship internationally! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery timeframes vary by destination. Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order
